• Paper presentations shall be based on the theme of Emergency Cardiology
  • An abstract of presentation in MS Word format, not exceeding 250 words, shall be submitted to the Scientific Committee for evaluation based on merit of submission.
  • The abstract should include Title of Presentation, Names of Presenting author* & Coauthors (maximum five) and Institutional affiliation.
  • Abstract should be structured under the following sections – Introduction. Aims and Objectives, Materials & Method, Results and Conclusion.
  • Residents, physicians or Faculty interested in Emergency Cardiology are eligible to present interesting or challenging cases pertaining to the emergency cardiology.
  • Certificate of participation will be presented to all the candidates whose papers are selected for presentation.
    Note - the paper should not have been published earlier.
  • The abstract (in MS word format) may be submitted by e mail at www.emcardindia.com.
  • Please include your contact address, mobile phone number and e mail ID (in the space provided in the covering letter) for any further correspondence or communication related to the purpose.
  • Last date for submission of the abstracts is following scrutiny any 31th of March. Following scrunity communication will be forwarded by 5th of April to the e-mail ID provided.

  • Presentation will be allowed only if the Presenting author is registered for the conference
  • You can choose between poster or ppt presentation modes.
  • For each ppt presenter, six (6) minutes will be allocated which includes 3 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
  • Total number of slides for presentation shall not exceed 5.
  • The final Power Point Presentation of accepted Proofread papers must be submitted by e-mail to emcardgoa@yahoo.com no later than 5 days before the event.
  • Final schedule of presenters will be mailed 2 days before the event.
